 Welcome to the Ministerial Department!
The Ministerial Department promotes intentional soul-winning outreach by adult members of the Oregon Conference. Pastors are supported through continuing education events, retreats, evaluations, visits, and resources. Local church leaders are encouraged with resources and training events to learn outreach techniques in local and overseas settings. Sixty to seventy percent of the cost for evangelistic outreach is available to churches that meet the policy guidelines.
